Refund policy
Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy*, which means if there is an issue with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
*Due to the sensitive, consumable, and small batch nature of our products we are unable to give refunds after 14 days and are restricted from accepting back opened products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us immediately upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the sensitive, small batch and consumable nature of our products we are restricted from accepting back opened products and do not do returns, only refunds if case is accepted.
Exchanges
We want to make sure you get the products that are right for you. If there is an issue with your order please reach out as you have the option to exchange for store credit or may be eligible for a refund.
We take your purchases very seriously and work hard to keep waste at a minimum. A lot of what we do is made to order and we recommend that if you're feeling on the fence or unsure about a product, reach out and ask us a question.

Cancelling Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared but once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
