DETAILS:
- Currently we only ship within the US.
- Orders ship within 7-14 business days and shipping charges are calculated by the speed of the shipping option you chose along with the weight of the items. In the checkout process, you can review the shipping options and rates prior to placing your order. All options that appear are available for your location.
- Orders over 50$ receive free shipping which will be automatically applied at checkout.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- All products are lovingly poured and packaged by hand using only the highest quality ingredients and processes, this sometimes makes things slower but we promise it's worth the wait.
- We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, if there are any issues with your order or its delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by phone or e-mail. We offer free refunds or product exchanges within the first 14 days of purchase.
*Due to the sensitive, consumable, and small batch nature of our products we are unable to give refunds after 14 days and are restricted from accepting back opened products.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared but once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
- We take your purchases very seriously and work hard to keep waste at a minimum. A lot of what we do is made to order and we recommend that if you're feeling on the fence or unsure about a product, reach out and ask us a question.
